Auditor | Chartered Accountant

I graduated in Economics from the University of Venice and started my professional activity in 1997.

I have been a Chartered Accountant registered with the Order of Treviso since 2001. I have also been an auditor since the same year.

I have been an adjunct lecturer at the Universities of Venice and Treviso.

I am the author of publications on tax and corporate matters for the journals Il Fisco, Diritto e Pratica delle Società and Notarilia.

I deal with corporate strategic consultancy, extraordinary corporate transactions (contributions, transformations, mergers, demergers, generational handovers), tax consultancy also international, real estate transactions, corporate and business acquisitions in which I have gained significant experience and specialisation.
