I graduated in Economics at the Cà Foscari University of Venice.
As a recent graduate, in the period 1989 – 1990 I worked for a leading Italian State-owned industrial group.

In 1990 I obtained the UPA Master’s Degree in Marketing and Business Communication at the Cà Foscari University of Venice.
From 1991 to 1996, I worked first at the Marketing Management of Quacker Oats Company – Chiari e Forti on the Olio Cuore brand, and later at the Marketing and Sales Management of leading Italian Insurance Groups in managerial positions in the field of marketing and corporate communication.

From 1997 to 2003, I was involved in consultancy focusing on the impact of ‘new information and communication technologies’ in the world of business and industrial districts, up to the position of Managing Director and Board Member.Since 2003 I have been working as a freelance business consultant with a specialised focus on the pharmacy sector.

In more than 20 years, I have directly supervised and completed a significant number of extraordinary transactions, including more than 100 M&A transactions in the Pharmacy sector.

I have followed the evolution of the sector for many years, from a management, commercial, organisational, and regulatory perspective.

Since 2020, I have been lecturing on the Economic Management of Pharmacies in the Pharmacy Degree Course at the University of Trieste.
