Auditor | Chartered Accountant

I graduated in Economics at the University of Venice with a degree in Economics and Business Law in 2002 and I have been a Chartered Accountant registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the province of Belluno and a Legal Auditor since 2008.

I started my professional activity in 2002.

I mainly deal with corporate and extraordinary transactions and, in particular, with the incorporation of companies, the purchase and sale of shares and quotas, corporate reorganisation operations – such as contributions, transformations, mergers and demergers – and generational handovers.

I also deal with tax advice in the real estate sector and building tax benefits.
