Auditor | Chartered Accountant

I have a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Cà Foscari University of Venice and I am registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Venice and the Register of Auditors.

I provide economic-legal, budgetary and tax consultancy, assisting companies, corporate groups and individuals in civil and tax compliance, in relations with the tax authorities, and in extraordinary transactions.

I have gained specific expertise in tax planning and generational handovers, company and shareholding valuations, sector analysis and economic-financial planning of companies, management control and development of budgeting and reporting models; I hold positions as a member of the board of auditors. Over the years, I have developed specific expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, supporting pharmacies and drugstores in particular.
